About me

Full-stack software architect with 10+ years building custom systems that map cleanly to real operations.

I specialize in Laravel, Vue, and MySQL, with most of my work living at the intersection of product design, operational software, and backend architecture. The projects tend to be the ones where off-the-shelf tools stop being enough and the business needs software that actually respects how the team works.

My background is strongest in CRM, workflow, communications, data synchronization, and operational infrastructure. I like complex systems with a lot of moving parts, especially when the work is not just feature shipping but turning messy internal processes into software that is coherent, durable, and fast for operators to use.

A communications-first CRM and operational platform that I architect and build end-to-end. It brings CRM, telecomms, billing, marketplace, workflow, and custom-domain surfaces into one product instead of bolting them together across disconnected tools.

  • Own the product and technical architecture across CRM entities, versioned builders, public-domain websites, telecomms, billing, marketplace, and revenue workflow surfaces.
  • Built deep Twilio-native capabilities including softphone, IVR, call queues, SMS compliance, recordings, call logging, and provider synchronization.
  • Designed first-party billing and commercial infrastructure for subscriptions, usage metering, commissions, payouts, enrollment bindings, and finance workspaces.
  • Current roadmap work extends the platform toward AI voice-agent workflows, transcript grading and scorecards, and AI-assisted content/blog management after MVP launch.
